Is my date confirmed when I submit?
Not yet. Your submission is a booking request, not a reserved time slot. Our team will contact you to confirm availability, the quote and the session details.
How much does a session cost?
Every project is different. Share your service, requirements and budget if you have one. We’ll discuss the scope and quote with you before you commit. No payment is taken on this page.
Can I request more than one service?
Yes. Add the services you’re interested in to one request, and we’ll help plan them together.
Where will the shoot take place?
We’re based in Halifax. Include your preferred location or venue in your request. The final location is arranged with our team.
Your booking information
We ask for your name, email address, preferred service and schedule so Hidden New Media can respond to your inquiry. Phone, company, location and project notes are optional. Please do not include identity documents, passport numbers or payment details.
Your request is processed by our website hosted on Vercel and sent through Google's email service to info@hiddennewmda.com. Inquiry details are delivered to the studio mailbox; this form does not create a separate booking database or save your details in browser local storage.
For inquiries that do not result in a booking, the studio manually deletes inquiry emails six months after the last contact. This is a manual mailbox process, not an automatic website deletion feature. Confirmed bookings and records that must be retained for applicable legal requirements may have different retention periods.
To request access, correction or deletion of your inquiry details, email info@hiddennewmda.com. We may need to verify your request and will explain any record-keeping requirements that affect deletion.
